Do you know how to be professional? 

Normally nice but was VERY rude to me today and hurt my feelings.

Just hangs up on clients without care. 

Does have the ability to get the work done BUT has sometimes has terrible organisation, poor communication skills, never saved my number to the phone.

It's not hard to be nice is it? Just SMILE and be happy.

If there was a zone on this score i would pick -0 , Due to the customer service, They don't even know there clients or what then are doing, They answer the phone with here mouth full, yelling down the phone.  Please do not use them .  Wasting you time.
