ANZ Branch Box Hill

I'll give zero star if I could. I've been inquiring since September about my loan and to date the banker, Tong, only emailed me a couple of times. I had to go the branch to look for her before I got anything done. Then she finally said she will put my application through after 2 months later. 3 weeks on and still have not heard back from her. Emailed her today and an automatic reply said she is on leave since last month and will back in Jan. She did not give me any courtesy notice despite knowing I need this done urgently. The service was not like this before and now it's so bad that they will lose another customer soon if they don't pull their act together. No care factor at all.

Within two weeks, I was able to open an account with my family and cancel basic services for other accounts, only to have box hill branch staff Rayna Wu cancel my regular card without explaining. After that, I went to the lobby manager, but didn't get a reasonable solution, so I had to apply for a new card and wasted five working days waiting. The family's account opening business, too, is ridiculous. Almost a week later, it received only a letter from anz saying it could not verify the identity. I need to go to branch again for certification. When we opened an account at that time, we took all the information to open an account, and the result was to re-apply for absurd results. Similarly, the staff of the branch had the same irresponsible attitude and passed the buck to the back office. If you want disgusting service and ridiculous business results, feel free to waste your time at this branch.

worst banking experience after 13 years with ANZ. Wanted to create new account for my wife after convincing her to have account with ANZ we went to boxhill branch no one was in bank but the front desk said they fully booked, we went next door another bank was packed but they let us in to wait for 20 min and done the job. thinking to moving my bank to this bank as well.

I've been with ANZ Since 2004 and never experienced such bad service. Today I went to deposit a check But ATM machine didn't work. Therefore I went to the cashier looked for an assistance and the staff there questioned me back "can't you use the ATM service?" Seriously made me feel like did I asked sth rediculous? I was shocked. Since when as a customer we cannot use the counter service to deposit a check. This is so WRONG and unacceptable. I m considering i should use other bank service.

Very bad service. Come to for business account and inform us lack document, we try to get doc in 10min but refuse us and say they dont have time to wait for us and we have to book another day. Second time coming but their stuff say they cant find our booking and they dont know why previous stuff did not fill book in.... We have four people , drive half an hour but they did nothing even no apologize.... If I can give zero star I will

I booked a home loan appointment with Yan Su . Yan never showed up . The staff member didn’t explain why and stared at me blankly and not even offer me any rescheduling or apology. Terrible customer service . I would get better customer service at the self service counter at Woolworths than ANZ box hill that’s for sure

Worst customer services anz branch ever had. Only can do one thing very well which is asking a lot of stupid questions that is it.

I recently refinanced 2 of my home loans to ANZ through Nikki Wang, Home Loans Manager at the Box Hill branch. My refinance process had a number of complexities as it included Qantas bonus points offer, credit card applications and switching from a smaller lender who played games. Throughout the whole process, no matter how difficult or complex the problem, Nikki worked extremely hard and efficiently at sorting out and overcoming every challenge. It is now 2 months after the refinance I can safely say that absolutely everything went as smoothly, correctly and efficiently as possible thanks to Nikki's attention to detail, diligent and efficient work. She would even respond to queries outside office hours when necessary. I have had property loans with nearly every major bank, and I would say Nikki Wang has been the best Lending Manager I have come across!

I highly recommend Angie Ng, Personal Banker at ANZ Box Hill Branch. Very efficient, great attention to detail, very good personable attitude. She is a highly competent problem-solving banker, good leadership skills. Fantastic communication skills. Just Awesome!
