What kind of hours are 9:30-4pm with limited branches to even get to when your a contributing member of society. An absolute joke and its on Westpacs customers. Just want my money so I can close all my acconts with this customer service lacking bank
Worst bank in Brisbane. The manager has a power complex and frankly rude.
Second day I’ve attempted get use the change atm and it’s still not working. Impossible to get service from the 1 teller open. Banks think their customers have all day to wait on them. That will have to change or customers will leave.
Westpac are absolutely unresponsive and lethargic. Find another bank
Tried to open an account. Gentleman has no clue what he is doing, we had to sit there for 20 minutes while he was trying to find answers on the internet. Then explained that we need to open this account online. Rang customer service number - got same response twice - account can ONLY be opened in branch!!! Might take all my business accounts elsewhere since they don't value customers time at all.
