Pathetic service. As a Comminsure client I was told that I was entitled to coin counting service. The coin counting machine at Capalaba only works if you have a bank account. I did have a bank account but it was unused so CBA closed it. Staff talked to me like an idiot and ultimately wouldn't help me because I didn't have an active bank account even though they agreed that I was entitled to coin counting services as a Comminsure client.

I've been with commonwealth since 98 found them to be great?now it's a joke go to ring the branch in Capalaba and they don't even pick up,rang in the morning and arvo still no go there busy,so what i did was,told my friend to go into the branch and 3 people in line she said then 1 with 3 workers so i rang again and still no bloody one answers,might have to change banks,not impressed commonwealth,might have to make a complaint to the big office.My friend has a pic of the branch when it wasn't busy at the time i rang,and tried again today since it opened still no answer what the f**k are they getting paid for.😡

Wanted to open a kids account was told it would be at least a 45 minute wait to see someone and this was on a Monday at 12:30 during school, please what a joke!!!
