I just went in to the Capalaba branch today about 15 mins before closing and the staff were once again outstanding. They worked as a team to help with a tricky form as had an abundance of enthusiasm and warmth. I have been in there a few times over the past few months. I’ve dealt with about five different staff members and they have all been friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely helpful. So good guys!!!

I went in branch to open two accounts and was served by Cynthia who was amazing - friendly and helpful and sorted everything I needed easily. Highly recommend and I’ll look at further banking with them in the future.
Helped me when I was in a pinch transferring a deposit for my home loan. Issue was time sensitive but everything was processed before the due date. Happy customer.
I have been member with CUA and now GSB for a very long time. The Banking staff are rude and are not very helpful at all. I waited for my card for 4 weeks in total and was told that someone rang me, which they did not. The person on the other end of the phone said that they did. So argued with me. I said I received no missed call or anything. She was rude and abrupt. She basically called me a lier. Mind you I had to chase down getting a new card in the first place. I was told on line that it was their mistake and was to be corrected. If the staff continue to be rude I can't see this bank staying open as no one would be doing their banking here. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
Extremely pleased with the professional service from Chloe, she has helped our situation right from the beginning to the end and has put in an amazing amount of effort. Would highly recommend.
Since the changeover of names wasted money the service went to hell.
Rude staff, will bank elsewhere from now on. All I wanted to do was a simple deposit to my own bank account, all they wanted to do was try and upsell me products I didn't ask for.
