Terrible branch!!! Very long wait time, over 30 minutes, just to satisfy a bank requested ID confirmation. The teller sat typing & not serving anyone for at least 10 minutes while I was waiting.
Lady at reception rude, dismissive and unhelpful. They made a hash of my loan docs.... ZERO communication. Will never set foot in that branch again. Wynnum branch is best in Bayside. Those guys run circles around the Capalaba branch - who are a disservice to the Commbank brand.
The change machine is very useful but only if it’s regularly refilled. Have found its always missing several different coins or notes. Please increase the stock checking on this machine.
Absolutely disorganised, have no regard for your actual time even with appointments set. Very disappointing CBA branch.
Went there this morning for just adding a signatory to current account and was told fully booked this week and next week, and suggested us go to another branch if we want to do this tomorrow and the closed branch can do this service is Victoria Point branch. Does commonwealth bank short of staff? More staff should be arranged if you know there are a lot of customers waiting to be serviced.
Non existant customer service! I am not stupid & please do not treat me like one to the old blonde lady on the customer service desk!. Discrimination maybe???
Absolutely useless. What is wrong with these rude old receptionists at the door for the Gadsack??? Asking for printing out bank guarantee as if I asked her a favour!!! Wish I could give them zero star. Customer respect comes first, darling?
Always under staffed. When the change machine is out of the coins you want they get annoyed at you for coming to the counter for coins.
Michelle was awesome! Very friendly and not only helped us with our change of address but also taught us a couple of tricks on the app. What an absolute pleasure walking into this branch!
I dont know why they Cba Capalaba always sent mastercard when i ask for just keykard, i believe they get more commision by doing so , But just think about that person who have to come again to your branch in super busy season and in hot weather . Even by clearly requesting again and again they send you mastercard . I m customer for 15 years , but if this happens next time , i must change my bank
