Me and my partner both recommend western park village we had lived there for over 6 months as prior to staying there we were living in our car and had no where to go but western village was leaneant enough to offer us there support and there unit. Greatful for there help good staff helpful services and friendly environment. Basically thy gave us a roof over our head. If in future we need some place to go if there is another rough situation we probably return back to western park village.

Drug addicts and alcoholics? Seems to me - some same groups insinuated the same thing about other "affordable" housing and profited already from some scam of a housing corperation - arguement. Oddly enough - the same staff that caught the scam ... has probably had a little to do if not more to do with this establishment and ALL other areas - that were chosen - for this "complainer" - were all to do with not allowing you into these premises. For the - "re wiring" of establishments etc ... COME ON AMANDA from Manurewa High School that sort of behaviour wouldnt drive you to the Texas High Courts now would it like Nigel told ... you. You see every other place you eager beaver you, went to you decided to shut it off and make it all unaffordable - anyway. And the groups that you were "joined at the hip" with whom do really let us all know about others in the group as you said - know darned well that is what they are about - especially what you forget about the affordable "thing" - like your seminar. So what well do is you go and you obviously have well hopefully have - look for other accomodation - that is your KIND of affordable. And stop being so darned predjudice. It shows. You lack where others gain. As you have been told. Toodles. Oh and you need to get precious about - 190 or what ever they ask there - and special. Amongst the other rip offs you know before you cause chaos, where you were probably not wanted.

This place is now full of drug addicts and alcoholics and mental patients who go down the road to the Ranui Shops outside Fresh Choice and Lincoln North to hassle people for money outside. This park is really the pits and has deteriorated majorly over the years. They extort the poor who have nowhere else to go because they can in exchange for living in crappy vans and overpriced units charging very high prices, they are well documented in the media for doing so and in recent years too. I know this as I have lived in the area for many years and have known several people who lived in that camp over the years and going back 20 years,I also know people who used to run the Ranui op shop,so they would know,the police were always moving beggers on and guess what?,they said they lived at the park. The sooner this camp is sold to a developer the better,it would be a very positive move for Ranui to lose this caravan park!!.We can only live and hope it's gone one day. Ranui will improve a lot when that finally happens....oh and your website is nothing but a joke,your tenants are far less than desirable,its not safe to let kids walk home from school on that side of the road past the camp....such a revolting place......what a joke of response from the owner,what a load of crap you have improved the place??,that is a lie,just check out the stories online about this place,it has only gotten much worse,see the other bad reviews on other sites you have in recent years charging hundreds a week for filthy accommodation and dirty amenities......you must be so greedy for it to have gotten so bad there,taking advantage of people's benefits and vulnerability....you are not a village,you are a haven for the addicts and the mentally ill in the community, nothing more, its a place most people avoid if they can....just take a look at the other bad reviews!!!....if its so good why are you currently trying to sell it??....I hope a developer buys it and gets rid of the park altogether.
