Have done this walk couple of times and never disappointed me. Beautiful waterfalls in the middle to relax and have a snack/swim.

Easy to moderate hike. The track is in very good quality, just always remember to spray your shoes to protect the native plant life from parasites (provided at the entrance of the track). Track offers a nice tranquil bush walk.

Closed indefinitely,  but was one of the best tracks.

Good little circuit. Get rewarded with some nice waterfalls halfway through. ☺️

The walk through the bush was very nice, the DoC has done a great job of making this path. The Mokoroa stream was a bit of a different story. I hiked I'm the winter after it rained so the water was high and the paths were muddy, we crossed the river 23 times to follow the DoC markers on the river.
