Came for cramping pain on belly two weeks ago. Was told covered by acc at the beginning, then charged 60$ as not acc covered after seeing the doctor. Two weeks later, got a invoice from them, said I need to paid 30$ for a lab test which I was not informed. And later the lab charge me 40$ for some processing fee. Really disappointed about all these.
