I've been coming to this medical center for over 20 years, and have always received beyond exceptional care from the doctors and nurses.

Took my daughter in today Sat for 40 minutes after reporting to reception, no assistance at all. Would of been there till close of business had i not enquired, clearly my visit was not processed.This has happened previuosly.

Useless!
No point ringing because they never pick up the phone.
Rude nurses
No communication what so ever.

Brilliant experience at Ratanui Medical clinic this morning  - for my Mother : Judy Gill post op (knee surgery). Very caring & thorough nursing by Jo & Irene and very kind care by Dr Marquis who goes the extra mile to care for his patients. many thanks.

Excellent service from reception doctors nurses and the pharmacy. I always walk away feeling well cared for and treated top notch. I am happy  to have signed here as a patient some 9 years now. A very well run business.
