Booking should be done in a more effective and efficient manner. Automate it, let patients choose appointment dates, do a call-back if receptionists need more information, etc. Having to wait on the phone for someone to pick up for more than 30mins is just not a good use of people's time. This was not like this before. Just shocking.
Disappointing service every time. Today I have been trying to call through the main phone line since 9am -4pm to the get a repeat prescription for my father who has had a stroke. Since 9am no answer, no voicemail option, no email address via their website. Checked their Facebook page, no option to contact via messenger. I’ve asked my parents many times to leave this medical centre, but they are quite loyal and have been with this clinic most of their lives unfortunately. Such a shame they provide such poor service.
This practice is shocking! They say they open at 9am but when i call to make an appointment, the automated voice message is still on saying "we are open at 9am.." even calling after 9:30 and that same bloody message is playing. They also make appointments but are never on Also took my son in who complained about neck pain. Despite the Dr knowing he had swollen glands they never did any further tests, sent him home with pamol and told us it was a viral infection. Days later he was admitted to the hospital because it was actually a bacterial infection which would've been picked up and resolved earlier had the Dr sent him for a simple blood test. The best thing about this place is the free parking and Dr Charlotte Dale. I had multiple visits to the doctor regarding a skin condition and they kept telling me it was eczema when I knew it wasn't. After 2 years of pointless Dr appointments, I finally had an appointment with Dr Charlotte who did everything she could to get me referred to a specialist who could give me proper tests and an accurate diagnosis.
Clinic and doctors are good, its hard to get someone on the phone and also the appointment days are booked ahead in advance can be upto 2 weeks ahead, this means if i get sick and i cannot goto the clinic straightway : . I think they need to operate in a different manner to accommodate all patients.
Hi there. I have been a patient here for many years but the service in recent times is not that great with holding times to get through, booked out weeks in advance. One doctor a few years back even googled my symptoms. I I find Siobhan, Gary and the new doctor called Hans great. I want to stay but do expect better service so considering looking for a new doctor.
My wife and I have been with these doctors for 5 years. We are local westies who both hold good standing in the community. I must say I have yet to have had a good experience with these doctors. My wife and I recently attended the clinic for my wife and new born daughter. We had to pre-book an appointment 2 weeks in advanced just to see a doctor. Once we arrived at the doctors, we were seen by a nurse half an hour later, despite having a booked appointment and then saw a doctor an hour later. During our appointment with the doctor it was clear that she was in a rush. She threw out all this information about what pills my wife should go on and kept checking the time saying she had a host of people to see. My wife had to quickly choose her options. We both felt like complete numbers to the system. The doctor was very figity and couldn't concentrate for more then 1 minute. After rushing us in the appointment we walked out into the foyer and there was no one in sight. We were the only ones in the clinic. I was very shocked and very disheartened by this point and felt like I took my day off work just to feel frustrated. Long story short : - 2 week waiting times and 2 hours of waiting despite an appointment. - Poor patient service by doctor, rushed appointment. My wife admitted later that she was confused as the information was alot to take in. - Very quick into making a decision the meds kept my wife up all night and are not suitable for her, she has insomnia now and is looking after our new born for patients without giving sound advice but rushed water down googled version. Overall don't expect to feel like part of a cosy service, these factors should give you a good indication of how this clinic runs. Look elsewhere. Ranui medical are amazing maybe try there as an alternative. We are planning on moving to a new doctor ASAP. These guys have run us to the ground. Have had enough! Absolutely would never join Union health ever again. 1 out of 5 stars!!!
Worst service ever.! I have been coming to this doctor for over 10 years and along the way this clinic has dropped standards The receptionists are so rude with Mere being the worst with the worst attitude and worst customer service. She holds no empathy or professionalism whilst doing her job. Waiting times are ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. However Dr Parioc is absolute gold! He knows how to handle patients and rectify a situation rather then further escalation. Hats off to you doc.
Everytime I have emailed, the response is fast and they arranged fast appointments for me and the same with my family. The doctors and staff are very friendly. Everyone has medical problems but they have to wait their turn like everyone else, sometimes they only have two or three doctors on and over 20plus patients to see within an hour or two. If totally serious pain go Emergency Center or White Cross then you will still be waiting for awhile but taken care of.
Wait times can vary from 25-20 min to over an hour and a half you can ring prior as reception are very helpful and friendly. Drs have been great. Unfortunately, the nurse didn't introduce herself, in addition, there was no name badge identifying her role. I suggested that she introduces herself for clarity however she took no responsibility I felt this was unprofessional as I thought she was the doctor which can be an easy mistake if they don't say. Surprised this is not policy.
The wait time can sometimes be too long as they do not take appointments. Wait times can range from 30mins to over 1 hour. Would not recommend if you have a busy schedule and cannot take time off work. However Reception, Doctors and Nurses are always very nice and helpful. Based on the response from the owner I have changed my score to 5. Wait times can be unpredictable based on the clients coming in. And if we want to be treated right the first time. Then the wait should be worth it.
