Dr. Neville is incredible, I've seen him for years but unfortunately due to shocking service from the receptionist time and time again, I have had it and will never be going back! She makes it out that it's a drag to be speaking to you over the phone, she's absolutely unprofessional and I will not deal with it.

Dr Neville is the best doctors I have  been to in Ballarat.  Actually listens to you (unlike some doctors) and cares enough to follow through.

Whilst have normally found good service from Drs new receptionist rude, arrogant and  ill mannered also advised of dirty nappy open  near entry cane back two hrs later still there !!!!!!17)7/17
