Very disappointing experience with this clinic.nnAfter my scan, I was told that my results would be sent to my GP within 2–3 business days. When that timeframe passed, I called to follow up and was then told it would take another 4 days. Today, after calling again, I was told that the results could take up to 10 days. The information provided has been inconsistent from the beginning, making it difficult to know what to expect.nnTo make matters worse, when I called today to ask whether my results had been sent to my GP, The staff member on the line named Jodi, told me they had not been sent yet and then abruptly hung up before I had the chance to ask any further questions. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional.nnI understand that delays can happen, but clear communication and respectful treatment of patients should be the minimum standard. Patients should not be treated this way, especially when calling about important medical information. I hope the clinic addresses this behaviour and improves its customer service standards
I haven't yet been in for my X Ray, but upon arriving I was barked at by a woman named Claire. So far wishing I'd come anywhere but here.
It's a shame when tired or bored frontspeople let a place down. Efficient and friendly technical staff.
My husband and I have attended for various services over the past 18 months. It is honestly some of the best customer service available anywhere. Pleasant, professional, welcoming and very timely. Everyone is happy and amazing. It's rare to leave somewhere smiling. Other providers take note.
Telephone staff rude, did not answer all questions and were busy serving someone in person at the same time as trying to talk to me on the phone. I called back had to wait again in a cue and still was not given answers.
