I received a referral for my 7mo son, so I called to book. I was told I needed to wait for them to call me to make an appointment. I waited two months for them to SMS me to call just so they could tell me the next available appointment is in a year! I understand if you're busy but you could at least have communicated when I first called that the wait could be this long and I would've sourced a different referral. Really really poor communication for a sleep deprived Mum with an unhappy baby. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to care one bit either.

I suffered the worse hayfever symptoms ever from my teenage years. Anti-histamines never worked. I was referred to this service by word of mouth and was slightly sceptical. However, since my first visit I have been essentially cured with their service and immunotherapy provided. It’s been amazing and the service was great. I do note the consultation fees and my immunotherapy are pricey.  Although, this has paid ongoing dividends to my health and saved me money in the long run as I’m not disabled by my allergic rhinitis symptoms anymore. Highly recommended. I know now that this is an extremely popular place and has a long waiting list. Don’t be put off by the cost of service and medication - it is an A grade service with great staff. Money invested  you and your family’s health is a great investment.

Dr Radhakrishna was professional and extremely helpful. However, the receptionist, Kylie, is either too overworked or hates her job as she's really not nice to deal with.
