Susan makes this place incredible. Very organised, easy, prompt. It has a large waiting room. Very clean throughout with immaculate toilets. Excellent. She remembers everyone's names, their needs and manages to get everyone in and out without feeling rushed but very efficiently. I had given this place 5 stars, and they were all because of Susan. I am coming here however to see Dr. Green. He brings the score down to 1. Please note I don't give 1 star reviews lightly, you can see how often I do it, and it's always for a good reason. I booked once at Richmond to see Dr. Green and he was more than 1.5 hours late. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. From reading other reviews, it seems he was having a normal day. In Ballarat, I booked to see him at 8 am. He began work at 7 am. He was already 3 clients behind which I estimate to be about 45 mins behind. How someone could be so far behind after starting just one hour ago I cannot bother to guess, but this time I cancelled and I will never wait for him again. Other people in the waiting room were displaying their impatience too. Maybe you like waiting and want to try. Consider this, I have spent more time in a drive thru than my initial consultation with Dr. Green. He rushed me through and got me out the door in less than 10 mins for something that was supposed to be a longer consult. How someone so rushed can still be so far behind, I'm not sure. Maybe punctuality isn't what's important to you, but I think you should consider someone who will make time not to rush you when in your consultation. While Susan is probably the best medical receptionist I have ever met, unfortunately my need is underpinned by Dr. Green. I'm going to find someone else.
