I had a great experience at this medical practice! I was a new patient and the receptionist staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Vindy has a very caring and compassionate approach. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses each one with thoughtful consideration. Her dedication to her patients' health and well-being is evident in every aspect of her care. I highly recommend her and this practice to anyone seeking a supportive and knowledgeable doctor.
This practice has lovely doctors and I have been attending there for quite awhile now. They have recently moved premises and the new place is quite spacious. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The pathology tech is really good at taking blood. I am very glad that this is my family doctor and clinic.
Finally found a medical practice with excellent staff, good availability and the BEST Dr I have seen in years!nReception are courteous and very helpful. Dr Vindy is by far the best GP I’ve encountered for years. She is kind, professional, listens well and takes care to give thorough treatment and consultation.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Nuwanthi Nandasiri at Ballarat Family Medical Centre. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 am, but due to unavoidable circumstances, we arrived at 9:55 am. Despite this minor delay of just 10 minutes and our willingness to wait until the last patient, Dr. Nuwanthi Nandasiri refused to see us. Consequently, we had to leave without receiving any medical attention.nnAs someone who had to take time off work to drive my wife and toddler to the appointment, this was incredibly frustrating. This level of inflexibility and lack of understanding from a medical professional is unacceptable. We have never encountered such a situation with any other doctor.nnI am deeply saddened by this experience and cannot recommend Dr. Nuwanthi Nandasiri to anyone. However, we have had positive experiences with other medical professionals at Ballarat Family Medical Centre, all of whom have been flexible and accommodating when we've been late.nnFeel free to adjust the review as per your needs or add any additional details”
Very positive first visit to the clinic. Dr Vindy was easy to talk to; listening carefully to my concerns and explaining her preferred treatment.nReception was lovely.
