Good service, never have to wait too long for a booked appointment. Would have given you guys 5 stars, but there's no toll-free number available to call to reschedule an appointment in the case of not having any mobile phone credit. Most people don't have landlines anymore, so it really defeats the purpose of today's technology. The toll-free number provided isn't helpful in this situation at all either... Quite frustrated with not being able to reschedule said appointment unless I have phone credit... basically.

What a joke of a clinic. Nearly left in tears after my experience today. I was told by Dr Basharat that she probably wouldn’t have time to discuss all of my problems - which would have taken a max of 5 minutes. I was rushed through the door so quickly, although the lady before me took a lovely 15 minutes. I was told to go and buy this and that at the chemist, with no real concern shown about myself feeling dizzy and faint whilst vomiting for days. I have never felt so unwanted and will never be returning.

Doctor chowdory is awesome. Very patient and very helpful. He never ever rushes through things. I never mind waiting for him as i know he takes excellent care of all his patients

I'm a tourist in Ballarat and needed to get to a doctor cause of a problem that occurred. Anyways reception was friendly. Only had to wait about 10 to 15min. The doctor was pretty straight forward as far as getting to the point and treated me immediately. So was glad I went to MedicAid and treated without any sort of lousy behaviour. If I'm in ballarat again some day and I need medical attention, I know where I'll be going.
