Had a click and collect which has been lost, apparently there has been a robbery. But I showed them the delivery time is day after robbery. they are still sticking with its gone because of robbery. Hopefully get some money back from their insurance. Never do click and collect from here
cheapest vape in this area, friendly staff
Lovely service, avoided this place for the longest time, but with the change of owners it's become my place of choice for tatts tickets and cigarettes. The new management is super friendly and accommodating. Good luck guys keep up the good work.
I rated them as 1 because there is no 0. It was the worst experience. Never choose them as a click & collect place. Staff untrained and lacking basic people skills. Their dictionary does not contain the word "I'm sorry."
Rudest SOB I ever came across. I went to collect a parcel and he had sent it back within a day whereas he was supposed to hold it for 7 days. When I asked why he could not give me a straight answer;, would not at least apologise for the error; and asked me to leave his store!!! Hope I never have to deal with him again.
Extremely rude salesperson. Went in to print in black and white and he tried to charge for colour printing. When I questioned him about it in a calmly manner he got angry and wanted to charge me even more then told me he wasn't going to do any printing for me and asked me to leave. Very irrational behaviour, I suggest they review how they speak to customers.
Never sells just postage stamps not very helpful. Goes into spill about talking to local mp as there is only one post office in the area. How hard to get a stamp please.
Been a regular customer over the years, never informed,the last owner s were friendly,,will miss Joseph and his brother Raj all the best boys, sadly missed and go Blues
Lovely customer service and much more variety now that new management is in place.
Rogue. Refused to honour herald sun coupon for grand final magazine. Would only give magazine if another paper was purchased. Was arguing with another lady about the same thing as I entered newsagency. Reported to Herald Sun. Ripping people off for a couple of bucks will see his demise. Stay away
