Recently had to return some books.  Lucy was really helpful, the best customer service Ive had in a while.

I ordered my son's book In Jan and as per staff, we should receive it by 5-7 working days. After several follow ups  almost 1.5 month later I have received notification that the book is ready to collect.Simply pathetic!!!

Too expensive and terrible service, always out of stock for products
