Very unprofessional business. They need to train their staff. And come on The coffee machine had an issue so I threw out the cup and staff started abusing me why did you do that we count the coffee sales by the cups. You got to be kidding me. How you can expect costumers to drink from filthy and damaged cups? And very unsafe place to go as the junkies who camp there smoke next to fuel pump when clearly people pumping fuels in their tank!

Worst customer service, ever! We stopped to fill up our tank and our 2 year old son had to go to the toilet. He’s toilet training, so can’t hold it very long. Apparently there is no toilet for public use and the attendant was rude to us about it. My son ended up soiling his pants before we could get to another store. We will never be back to this location!

I don't know where to begin. I normally buy barista made coffee. However today after shopping due to tiredness I went to 7 Eleven in Dandenong to buy coffee (2017 November 11 around 6pm). It was self service. So I started making coffee myself. Suddenly I heard someone from behind started shouting at me. I looked behind and it was the guy who works at 7Eleven standing behind me and shouting at me. This employee was an Indian middle aged man (with fat built and very dark complexion) and only words I could understand what he was saying is "coffee" and "hot chocolate". I could not understand any other word he was saying because he was simply so aggressive and shouting for no reason. Since I could not understand what this man was shouting about, he got even more agitated and his body language suggested this fellow would attack me. So I kept the coffee I made at the self service place and went outside straightway. First and foremost, I do not believe this man is working in Australia legally, because not in million years this man is educated (even Indian bus drivers speak English) and given his age this man from India cannot be a student either. And judging by his behaviour he either suffers from some mental illness or has some criminal background because normal shop assistants would not behave such aggressive way for no reason. I understand for 7Eleven franchisees, it is profitable to hire illegal aliens for $4 an hour job, but their profit would went out the window the moment one of this idiot illegal alien employees would punch a customer and the amount the store owner save from the wages would be nothing compared to the lawyers fees they have to pay to defend their business. I am in the process of contacting the 7Eleven headquarters and report this incident because I do not want to be threatened when I go to buy coffee here in Australia. It might be normal in India but I do not expect that in here. Secondly I am going to request for the immigration officers to double check how someone like that can actually obtain work visa to come to Australia and work here as a shop assistant without any qualification (something really broken in the Immigration system if any crazy Indian can come to Australia and start working in these very low paying jobs without any qualification, if this continues what would happen to the Australian school leaves when they try to find entry level jobs? All these entry level jobs would have stolen by cheap unqualified Indians. The other thing is does 7Eleven as a whole take any responsibility if one of their franchisees hire someone with either overseas hidden criminal background or mental illness and assault a customer or is it the sole responsibility of the individual franchisee? You need to be bit smarter about this and start to play by the Australian rules and only hire people with legal working rights and secondly stop providing safe heaven for illegal Indian aliens to circumvent the law.

Me and my partner went to this 7 eleven store to buy an i phone charger cable. All we asked the guy at the front desk to have a look at the charger cable that we are buying and he was the rudest person that we have ever met. He simply refused to show the cable and said we have to buy it before we can even look at that. Please be nice to your customers😊
