Bought top half of soft sided waterbed online from Lyle. No hassles and quick shipping interstate. Lyle kept us updated and we are really happy with the bed and the service. would definitely recommend him.
High recommend Lyles Waterbeds, great product, professional and friendly service, and great product knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and Lyle even custom made a King bed base with 4 drawers. We had a water 20 years ago and have happily returned to supreme comfort and full nights sleep again.
So happy with Lyle's service and quality of product. Its all made by Lyle personally and as such has all the distributor/ retail margins removed and put better quality in exchange! Lyle is just a great guy, extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. We got a queen size bed and for the first night in 3 years since my last water bed I slept through without tossing and turning due to heat build up. It would be a bargain at twice the price Best recommendation!
The water bed we bought so comfy and good quality! Lyle is really helpful too. We moved house recently and struggled to set up at new place, he came really quickly and helped us out. We really satisfied A+++service
Easy, patient, understanding of ones needs. Lyle, was an awesome person to deal with when saucing a water bed for my elderly mother who had sleeping and back problems. After 14 years without a water bed we have just purchased one from Lyle. He is a true proffessional with absolutely nothing being too much trouble. Thanks Lyle for your great service.
We've had our waterbed for over 30 years, we decided to revamp the bedroom so Lyle came out to help us with the revamp. A couple of weeks later and we now have a new base with drawers, higher than the original hard sided bed. We had the sides reupholstered and couldn't be more happy with the results the bedroom looks new and shiny but it is still our beautiful comfortable bed. It was difficult living without the bed for a couple of weeks but well worth the final results. Grateful for Lyle's assistance and advice with the decisions that had to be made.
Lyle is amazing!! I've never had such amazing customer service and flexibility to my wishes! I wanted something he had never done before, but before I had even committed to buying from him, he had spent hours researching how to provide exactly what I wanted for the cheapest he could........ sending me information on how he would be able to do it .... would have taken way less effort and time for him to do it the more expensive way and he went more than the extra mile to provide exactly what I wanted right down to the finest detail for the most economical way he could. I live quite far from Melbourne, so was worried about having to pick it up or take delivery and set it all up on my own - but no!! Lyle again did his utmost to make the whole process as sweet and easy as possible. He drove the bed down himself, took the time to show me the set up, patiently adjusted to my whim the exact positioning of the bed and educated me fully regarding the ongoing care for my waterbed and relocating procedure should it be required. He also provides after sales advice and products, so I know I'll always have back up if anything needs attention. I am more than happy with the finished product which was designed to match a tall boy I already have..... and oh my Goodness!! I had forgotten just exactly HOW good it is to sleep in a pure water bed! I had one years ago and knew it was the best sleep I can remember - but forgot how good it is to actually sleep well, warm and comfortable. Thank you Lyle!!! Over the moon!!!
Thanks Lyle. After sleeping the last 15 years on a normal bed I have finally gone back to a waterbed. Great service from Lyle. Love my bed. Deep drawers underneath for storage. Most comfortable and i get up with no more aches. Makes me feel young again. I Recommend calling Lyle if you want the best sleep ever.
More than happy with the experience & Lyle's advise. We now have a new updated Waterbed, love it. The experience was tarred somewhat by our ever less than reliable AusPost, parcel 1 delivered over a month after receiving parcel 2!!
