I bought my Magnum in November 2015 from Cliff. I had troublefree cycling till 27 December 2017 when I had battery problems. As we were going camping on the 29th and with our bikes I rushed over the hill to see Cliff and he was superb. I left the shop mobile again and had a fantastic holiday with bike in tow. Thanks Cliff super service.

Beware the terrible service! I bought a lovely ebike here on the basis I bike to work from Houghton Bay to Porirua - a 60km return trip up and down steep Wellington hills. The assistants helped me work out the right bike for this commute, including a free 200 km service. Well I thought it was ridiculous to take the bike in for servicing after three trips to work - I thought I should give it a couple of months. After 800 kms and two months the breaks failed completely leaving me at risk of serious injury and the gears needed adjustment. I took it in for the free service and was told it was only for 200km not 800 km - and was charged full price $80 for the break cable and gear adjustments. I would think that a bike whose breaks failed after two months was not even fit for purpose ! I certainly didn’t expect to be paying a fixit cost within such a short period!! I think this is appalling service and would not purchase from these guys again!
