I'd just like to share some feedback from my son Finn. We dropped his bike off with you guys for a day last week, ahead of the Makara Creek to Peak event. He had been struggling with the chain bouncing off - and we'd tried just about everything to fix the problem with no luck. You manufactured a custom chain guard which worked perfectly - and got a good test on the day. Finn's is thrilled with the result and asked me to ensure you got the message that you are bunch of legends.

Dropped in a wheel to have 3 spokes replaced and trued. While they managed to do this they also managed to break a spoke.... Their solution don't fix or call simply let the customer turn up and try to claim that the spoke broke by magic... Totally crazy.. Paid full price for this job will never return
