Small update on my previous review. Always a pleasure to shop at your place and love the skills and knowledge you have as a team. Small update. Had the team, at iride, install fenders funny enough neither the rear nor the front had the fender properly aligned. So both front and back rubbed the tire. Still would highly recommend their service. Very friendly staff but think the corona rush got the better of this one
Awesome very helpful, & knowledgeable. Also has a fantastic selection of gear & good presence online, I was able to research what I wanted online, see they were likely to have it. This enabled me to dash in find exactly what I wanted them have enough time to browse to find new nessesary items Overall a really pleasent experience. Even the girl who had been working one day was lovely & knew what was going on, I was impressed, good hire!
Knowledgeable staff and happy to discuss individual needs to match witth your perfect bike. Also have a wide variety of accoutrements to make your cycling safer & more enjoyable. Added bonus to have the cafe there so you can contemplate your options while rehydrating & munching!
A well stocked Wellington city bicycle shop with friendly and helpful staff. The parts and accessory area is excellent with quality cycle clothing at competitive prices. Would recommend and visit again.
Great location and usually impeccably helpful staff. Unfortunately, yesterday when I went in with my kids, the woman assistant told my child off twice for riding around on one of the bikes, something which she normally does in this shop. Great shop but let down by one of the assistants, Burke cycles is great with kids, so if you want a kid friendly shop go there. Otherwise it's usually fantastic at i-ride.
