Been to Watertown Brand Outlet heaps of times, and it’s always a solid spot for a bit of shopping. Super handy location – just on the edge of the Perth CBD – and easy enough to get to whether you're driving or catching the bus.nnThere’s a good mix of big-name brands and local ones, and you can usually find decent deals if you take your time to look around. A few empty shopfronts here and there, which is a bit of a shame, but hopefully they’ll fill up soon.nnToilets are available on every floor, which is great – though when we visited today, the urinals on the second floor were out of order, so we had to head back down to the ground floor. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.nnThe centre's layout is kind of semi-outdoor, so if it’s bucketing down, you might get a bit wet moving between shops. Still, it’s well maintained, clean, and worth a visit if you're up for a bargain.
My new place to come for personal shopper. Not very busy like at DFO, the shops are efficient.nnThe place is really easy to access. Just hop on to yellow cat in front of the Perth Stations, and it's free bus! So easier and cheap!nnI tried 3 different method to come here, first by walking from Perth Stations, second by a bus from Ikea only need 2bus to change, lastly and now become my usual transportation to come here by Yellow Cat.nnI can check what time the bus comes to take me back to Perth Station, so i can maximize my hop to hop between shops . I love it!nnIt's semi outdoor so if you come during the winter season, you can get drench by the rain .nnI love the building, it feels like old vibes. Makes the shopping more appealing than in DFO.nnBcause it's Brand Outlet, so you can find cheap price for the products in here than in a normal shop. They give you more discount than in normal shop and in website.nnAnd if you comes during the sale period, wow, you really can get very cheap price for Calvin Klein, Tommy, Smiggle, Typo, adidas, Puma, and many brand available.
Small shopping centre.nDecent stores. Good brands.nMostly clothing and Apparel.nThere are a few home goods or kitchen supplies stores.nnNice atmosphere. Clean space. Easy to walk around. Paid parking.nnIt is difficult to find unique clothing and apparel in Perth. We often find ourselves going there ‘just to see if they have *blank*’.nIt is worth the visit often enough - to keep trying.
Feels more casual and local compared to DFO. You can find some nice deals if you’re patient, for brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Adidas, and other Australian labels. It’s semi-outdoor, so it can get a bit warm if you visit during the day.nnThe vibe is a little older, but it’s still a good place for shopping. It’s also quite close to the city center, which is convenient. There’s also a food court and a few cafes nearby if you want to take a break after shopping.
Great if you like shopping. Less great otherwise.
