Floreat Forum has got pretty much everything you need. Without naming names, there’s a great coffee shop, and a not so great coffee shop at opposite ends. Perfect balance
Very large complex with a great variety of shops.Something for everyone
The CP MASSAGE IS FILTHY! The towels are washed in the handbasin and dried in this closed off airless business. The curtains are disgusting. The floors swept but I doubt very much that it’s ever washed. The therapists are great though. Also the Wi-Fi and phone reception is HOPELESSLY INCONSISTENT!!! I would be seriously made at the landlord if I were a trader!!!!
A large place that looks deceptively small. Good variety of shops and supermarkets. Prices are a little on the high side.

Been awhile since I last visited&I was pleasantly surprised. Parking was great,well set out centre&just about everything you could want
Great shopping centre....you can even find a car park easy
Floreat is a great shopping centre with both Coles and Woolworth supermarkets available and plenty of parking, most of which is under cover. The only grudge I have is phone reception inside the centre is terrible, even voice conversations drop out from time to time or the other party can’t hear you clearly. C’mon mobile carriers, surely you can do something about this in the 21st century!!!
Easy to locate with accessible parking and not overly busy.
