Small Shopping complex with around 10-12 shops in it. Names like Coles, Reject shop, pharmacy, some eateries all catering to local shoppers. Located on Wanneroo road next to Ampol service station and Red Rooster. Prime location in Balcatta as new additions have been added i.e 7Eleven and bottle shop.

Small centre with the basics needed and your general services. Clientele are from around the areas so you get a massive range of people but generally quiet and all staff in stores are generally lovely.

Every time I go to Northlands Balcatta there are lowlifes trying to rob others. It’s so unsafe.  I have written to the management about security and nothing changes. I go to Roselea now as it’s so much safer, no people trying to accost me and security officers on site.

Good place for weekly grocery, variety of shops, most of them are leased, opening times of different shops are captured in pictures for your convenience however mobile reception is horrible inside the shopping centre and inside coles usually no signals, there are many shops and some limited kids amuzement is also available, nice little pub is also situated behind the centre, there is one Muzz Buzz coffee place adjacent to that pub, security is always present during centre hours, only halal/kosher meat shop in town is situated in this centre but meat shop timing are pretty tight. I guess its a nice local place for coffee and daily stuff

This is a suitable Shopping Centre if you don't like large crowded places. It's great for your everyday essential shopping being serviced by Coles, butcher, baker, newsagency ,hairdresser, post office ,reject shop, dentist etc. Has a Cafe if you want a coffee, read the paper etc. Parking is good.

Only come here if you want to be bashed. Needs security but primewest are too cheap. Seems money is worth more than human life to Primewest.

I need to buy a 4x4 & a trailer, what a place . I only looked a 1 section...gates,then realized "how the he'll will I get if home‍. Definitely going back asap.. ‍

This is my local shopping centre and i love it very much,  it has almost every thing I need for day to day stuff plus its quiet and peaceful and convenient to ge to,  walking or driving.

Almost every time I go I see such unsociable behaviour. Feel like I must put a review as today’s episode was just too much. The abuse was being aimed at a very pregnant lady. Appalling! Need MORE security staff and I’m sure u have this feedback regularly with all the bag snatches. Shops and workers are great. But lots of scary people come here. I just can’t come back again. Sad as I prefer coles but I’ll have to go to Rosalea village instead.

Good Coles store.  Just make sure you lock your car.
