My favorite place because it has everything I need, including Target, where I always find stylish fashion. The food court also has delicious sushi.

I'm extremely disappointment and outrage over the appalling lack of care I received at your center. I received a chemical burn to my eye at Vivi nail salon and was not provided with first aid nor did they contact the security guards who apparently are trained in first aid. The centre accepts no responsibility to ensure business follow procedures. Quote we can’t tell people how to run their business. Because Vivi salon has no first aid procedures and failed to call security , I was left to fend for myself.nTalk about Passing  the buck. Claim it's up to individual businesses to handle emergencies. Unbelievable. As a customer, I was failed first aid by Vivi salon and Innaloo shopping complex.nI’m still suffering from the physical and emotional effects of this incident which could have been avoided if someone assisted me with first aid , I would of thought by saying Can You Help Me, I have something in my eye, my eye is burning can you help me , I can’t see am I’mnGoing to go blind can you get me some water I have something in my eye , my eye is burning can you help me , I can’t see , was enough indication that I was requiring first aid .  Instead I was just smiled and laughed at my salon staff with them saying it was the fumes and left to fend for myselfnnNo one should experience what I’ve experienced my advise to others is  ensure you know the centre’s security number as this place takes no responsibility for people’s safety.nnYou wouldn’t do this to your worst enemy.

I lost my smart rider and I was looking all over the shops for a good 30 minutes and then I went to concierge with false hope not expecting anything I go to concierge. Such a nice customer service said hello right away. I’ll see what I needed help with and I said I needed to find my smart rider. She asked my name and she gave it straight to me. Best customer service ever so sweet such a lovely group of people thank you

Susan and the other ladies at the customer service desk were AMAZING. At the height of Christmas craziness, they were calm, compassionate, and completely professional. They are great representatives of Westfield Innaloo. I appreciate your provision of e-scooters for people with limited mobility.
