Carrillon city is full of specialty shops and a lovely place to just browse. Good place to have a coffee and relax.

Good variety of food and plenty of seating (a bit full at lunch time). Best free wifi in the city.

Nice arcade good variety of traders. One of the few shining lights in the backwards wasteland that the Perth CBD has degenerated into. Wake up Perth you used to be a nice place to visit. Now days if one was to walk their dog anywhere in the cbd I fear one could be liable to prosecution for cruelty to animals by the RSPCA.
