I habe tried to buy things from this store on several occasions but you can never get anyone to serve you. Just went in again (more fool me,) 2 assistants and one customer. Still couldnt get served. Dont bother going to this store!

Needed a battery change on my watch. Simple enough. The assistant couldn't get the backplate back on the watch and it had to be outsourced to another company to put the plate on. The rough handling of the watch and the contaminated watch press prompted me to check the face for scratches which there were. The manager offered to send it away for one week to get refinished. Bad communication throughout the process and finally got it back 3 weeks later. Rubbish.

Terrible. Left my watch there to be polished. Was told to come back in an hour and told them i would be back tomorrow. Came back the next day and they hadn't even bothered to do it. Totally wasted trip and terrible service. No apology or anything.

Customer service at the riverlink store is apaulling. There was 3 customers in the store (myself included) and 3 sales assistants. One lady was being served at the repairs counter, another lady was looking at rings and I was waiting to have a watch repaired. Apparently it takes 2 sales assistants for a lady to try a ring on. I was there for 10 minutes on crutches and in a walking boot and not once was I looked at or asked if they could help. I used to work for this company and I can tell you now the service in this place has gone to the dogs. I will never return nor will I refer any family or friends to this business again.

The all the staff are so helpful and will go out of their way for you. So would like to wish all the staff a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
