Terrible service. I took a product there that was faulty because they were close to me. Whilst there they basically told me to leave and refused to help in anyway saying I should go back where I bought it or even another Wallace store. I needed the recipt from the purchased stores system and they wouldn't even call to get it. I had to do it and get it texted through which took under 5 minutes. It's actually illegal to refuse to help a customer in this situation being apart of the same shop. Disgraceful.
