My relationship with these guys started when my hubby purchased my engagement ring 6 years ago and I've been using them ever since. They have always been very accommodating to my custom needs- fair timeframes and I am confident knowing that I will receive jewellery to treasure thanks to perfect, skilled design and workmanship and quality products. It's also so nice to have developed trust leaving my precious jewellery with them for maintainence and design. Plus, they're really nice people who understand customer service. Highly recommended.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Le Gassick back 14 years ago and their service is still great today. I had an issue with a clasp on a necklace recently which needed repairing. So many jewellery shops these days send it away, which is risky. They have a jeweller on site and did a same day service for me. Much appreciated and much less hassle. Great job.

Left my watch to have the band repaired. Spoke to the watchmaker on numerous occasions. At first he was waiting for parts, then he was going to make the part himself. After three months I gave up and collected my watch. Went to Fossil and they ordered a new band on the spot.
