We had taken up a sea facing apartment.. and the view from the window of the apartment is stunning.. the rooms are very neat and tidy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.. there is a walking track around the coast of the beach and a lovely cafe just a few steps away .. overall a great place .I would highly recommend this place for your trip ..
Nice location. Well maintained and clean facilities. Key card access a bit annoying particularly if you have more than one person per key. Also the park should prevent vagrants from sneaking in at night and using the facilities - makes it feel unsafe and uncomfortable for paying guests who value safety and comfort
This Holiday park has just exceeded our expectations from the moment we checked the friendly welcoming staff could not have been more helpful with maps and additional information of places and things to see and do in the surrounding area. The site we were given was just awesome the amenities blocks are modern and clean with awesome water pressure in the showers the pool looks so inviting and plenty of equipment for the children play on and with it is right on the beach with walkways and cycleways easy walks to the city and supermarkets.nThe only thing that I noticed was if you at on the sites closest to C block amenities there is no kitchen facilities in it and is a long walk to the kitchens in the main facilities block but it is still the best Top 10 we have stayed in we will definitely highly recommend this to everyone.
Super clean facilities, can walk to everything in town, great place for a base while exploring Gisborne.
Had a lovely time staying here. We booked a camping spot, which was large and open. The noise from the main road was no problem for us! It lulled us to sleep. It was quiet after 9.30pm and despite how busy the park was, everyone was quiet during the night.nnThe facility was very clean and well managed. Lovely hot showers with wonderful pressure. The staff were really lovely and I loved how family oriented the park was. Free hire for tennis rackets and hire for boogie boards were well priced nnWe will be coming back for sure!
