Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was super clean, warm, and very comfortable perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends just wanting to relax and enjoy. The atmosphere was peaceful, the outdoor view was beautiful, and everything was exactly as described. It felt so cozy and welcoming, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back again definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in
Beautiful place to stay, great location and lovely, friendly staff. We were lucky enough to get upgraded because we had just got married which was an awesome surprise. Only thing that was minor was the dishes were dirty but I think they had just been sitting for a while because the room wasn't used much. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Thank you.
Was a very comfortable stay, and nice roomy room. It was warm and the service was great. We will be back! I did think the beds could have been a bit softer, but otherwise great!
It was a good experience staying there. I reached there a bit late after hours but Scott responded to my call and helped in providing the room. Room was nice and clean with very comfy bed and couch. Highly recommend because of friendly behaviour of the staff specially Scott and helping in after hours as well.nAvi
Scott, Emma and the team were superb. They went above and beyond to sort an issue that they had no control over for us. It's when issues arise that you get to see exceptional service in action and that is what we experienced with the Waikanae Beach Motel team. Highly recommend staying at any properties on offer from them.
