Scott, Emma and the team were superb. They went above and beyond to sort an issue that they had no control over for us. It's when issues arise that you get to see exceptional service in action and that is what we experienced with the Waikanae Beach Motel team. Highly recommend staying at any properties on offer from them.

We were greeted by a delightful young man who I later found out was the manager. He was very helpful with advice where to go for dinner. He went above and beyond. The room were spotless and the beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service by reception manager and room service was excellent. The room is in need of an upgrade and light bulbs replaced in laundry room. Having said that it’s in a brilliant location surrounded by things to do.

We highly recommend this accommodation. We and our family and friends rented 10 rooms at Waikanae Beach Motel as we gathered to celebrate our son's wedding last weekend .  The location is excellent. It is just a short drive to supermarkets, minute walk to the beach, parks and spectacular coffee and just a slightly longer walk the beautiful Tahu cafe or the town centre.nThe staff at this motel are excellent. Understanding and accommodating. Fantastic rooms and super comfy beds.

We are really grateful to the staff who were so understanding with our situation. The room was nice and cosy. The location was so close to the beach where we could go for walks, watch the sunset. Our grandson was quite happy to be there and that says a lot for us. Thankyou all for an awesome stay. We would definitely look to come back again.
