I have been at Vision Personal Training for nearly two months now and have lost over 5kgs in this time. My trainer, Isabella has helped me not only with my exercise but has provided me with nutrition guidance as well as constant support and motivation. The small group fitness classes are super enjoyable. Recommend to all!

The team at vision Templestowe are all genuine,  friendly and welcoming.  The great thing about vision is they make it about more than just exercise and provide tons of information and support to help you with nutrition as well as training.  All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and committed to helping you achieve your goals whatever they may be and in a way that works for you!

Vision PT Templestowe is not your average gym - it is a friendly, unpretentious, and supportive community.  From day one Keenan and the team, as well as the other clients have made me feel very welcome.  All the trainers are incredibly dedicated.  They are well educated in both exercise & nutrition to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.  You are educated about food choices so it becomes a way of life, rather than just being a fad diet.

In the 6 months I have been with Vision, together with my trainer Daniel, I have achieved more than I ever expected, including things I never dreamed possible.  I have lost almost 30kg and am now able to run regularly for the first time in more than 10 years!!  Daniel's encouragement, support, & advice has been amazing.

Vision Templestowe is an inspiring place to belong to.

From my first phone conversation with Keenan, to my ongoing training with Daniel, my experience at Vision Templestowe has been exceptional.

The detailed knowledge around human movement and nutrition, the new and clean facilities, the constant support and encouragement and the friendly culture are some of the things that are coming to mind as I write this.  

I absolutely recommend Vision Templestowe to anyone who is ready to become the best version of themselves through a lifestyle that includes regular exercise and healthy eating.

I stepped through the door and Keenan, Ash, Sean and Daniel greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. The team at Vision Templestowe have created an amazing, community orientated atmosphere in the studio. Everyone is incredibly positive and always celebrate each other's wins with a big cheer every time the success bell rings! The facility is always clean and they have lots of equipment to keep you keen. If you're looking for motivation to get some amazing results, this is the place!
