The best trainer ever. Couldn't expect anything better. Very effective training. My body change can be obviously seen within 3 weeks. Very professional. No junk talking. You'll be trained hard for every minute you pay for. You won't regret joining K1. Never!!

Kaywan is a great personal trainer with expert knowledge of how the body works and what an effective exercise routine should be. The group classes are also great! They are very challenging but time well-spent!

I started personal training with Kaywan when my Mum introduced me to him quite a few years ago (she was his first PT client at our gym). I have never worked so hard in my life and loved having Kaywan as my PT but had to eventually stop and also left the gym I was at due to it closing down and I also moved further away. In the years following I tried many mainstream and boutique gyms but never signed up because I never thought they were worth the expensive fees or I didn't feel I was worked during the exercise. Recently I decided to try out Kaywans new gym K1Sport and took my brother and husband along. After one class, we instantly signed up! Kaywan has a passion behind him that shows through and doesn't just treat you like another client but like a friend and envelopes you into the K1sport family. He is the best trainer and invests just as much in you as you do him and you'll definitely be pushed to your limit, we were all exhausted in the first 10min of the hr long class! Plus, the K1sport class rates are the cheapest I have seen across all the places I have tried. Definitely value for money with a very experienced and great trainer! You haven't been trained, if you haven't been trained by Kaywan!

I have tried 7 or 8 PT before I found Kaywan. And before i decided to ask him as my PT, I had observed his job about 6 months when he still worked at fitness first. I found out some PT's clients were constantly changing, they didn't seem to have same clients over the time period. And some PTs, when they were training their clients, they were playing their phones at the same time. However, when I looked at K1's clients, they are very strong and their body shapes changed gradually everytime I saw them. K1 never waste any minute you paid. He is tough trainer, but also is a fun person. Since K1 became my PT, I dont want find anyone to train me anymore. He knows what he is doing, he is most excellent trainer I have never met, he is expert of what he is doing. He is passionate about his job. I also referred my friends and my husband to train with him now. You won't regret to find him as PT.
