I have been training at this gym for the past 7 years and have found it a great place to train as it caters for all types of people. Since the new owners have taken over a few months ago, there have been a number of positive changes including a much higher level of cleanliness, new bathrooms, new air-conditioning units and all faulty machines have been repaired. Staff is very friendly and its just a better atmosphere to train in! I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a great place to either get fit or looking for a diverse range of equipment!

Very fair membership prices. Not the newest gym but definitely has everything I need. I think now that Steve is gone, these new guys are making BHF much better. The staff are very friendly, the equipment looks new after reupholstering them and the renovated bathrooms are just what we needed.

Loving the work the new owners are doing. They have been putting in a lot of effort to improve this gym. Friendly staff, good range of equipment and all around great gym!
