Adele is a great instructor, her classes are always challenging. You really feel like you have had a great work out by the end of the session.
The instructors at PilatesTone, especially Adele and Michelle are amazing. I have thoroughly enjoyed their classes. They are all very caring and attentive to your health needs. The classes are all under great supervision and instructors provide excellent guidance throughout the class to ensure the right Pilates exercise techniques are used so that you enjoy the maximum benefits out of each class. Thanks to the instructors at PilatesTone, I have lesser back issues, a much stronger core and back, better posture and an overall transformed lean-looking body - a quadruple win!
The instructors here are exceptional! I’ve had classes with Michelle, Maggie, Adele and Loreta and they are all awesome. They all have different styles, but all very effective.nnI especially love how Michelle gives out clear instructions, explaining where and what you should feel; what the tendencies are when your body starts to fatigue or when the form is wrong.
I have had classes with Michelle, Maggi, and Adele; all three are excellent. Each with their particular style, they make Pilates fantastic for me, not only for my body but also for my mind. Thank you, ladies, because even though I don't speak English well, you have always been patient with me and have explained and corrected each exercise with a lot of patience and professionalism.
1000% recommend!!!! Instructors are amazing, they are super experienced and thorough in the way they teach. Guarantee your body will feel stronger and stronger each class
