Awesome workouts every time. Michael and Glenda are fabulous trainers, hands on and attentive, always motivate you to get to the next level. Classes are super fun, engaging and everyone is friendly. Boxing class is one of my fav. Highly recommended!

I have been with core impact for over a year. I have so much more energy and love the personal coaching. Tried other gyms before could never get motivated, with core impact I enjoy going a feel great after my workout.

Absolutely brilliant. Michael & Glenda coached me through 15kg weight loss and a dramatic increase in energy in only 4 months!!! Superb. Highly recommend Core Impact Health & Fitness.
