Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful but the gym is dirty, toilets and place by itself needs to be tide up. Such a shame because the location is great and very convenient, for us is worth to go and train at Richmond, nice and clean environment 👍

Ok where do I begin? I joined up thinking being a large chain and being in Doncaster, hygiene and gym etiquette would be number one priority. Well..since being there for about a month I noticed people just leave dumbbells or weights everywhere and all over the floor. People training without towels leaving their sweat on benches and not wiping after themselves. Saw a guy training with no shoes on (just his socks). Saw a tissue with blood stain on the floor next to a machine and when the next day I came back to train, that tissue was still on the floor. So where are the gym floor staff???? I pay a lot of money to train in this gym and being  one of the most expensive gym around  they can't even put an extra staff on the floor to monitor and maybe teach some of these feral members some manners and etiquette! 

Let's now go to the staff members..some of them are just plain rude and unfriendly! They're meant to be the face of the company but they just look miserable and don't say hello or anything. I trained in a smaller gym in Croydon originally and the people there are friendly, the staff would make time to say hello to everyone and help members and actually monitor the floor as they should be! I'm pretty sure it's in their job description as a gym instructor/floor to monitor the floor.

Sorry Fitness First Doncaster but you need to start changing your ways! Oh did I mention the parking there is a nightmare especially during busy shopping hours!?! Sometimes it would take me 20 or so minutes to drive around to find a car park and walk miles to the gym.

Used to be my regular local gym but not anymore, and this response not only from me but also lots of my friends based on recently visit experience. The new manager  was very unprofessional and shows very aggressive attitude, as long as he is incharge of the membership issues, I'm not returning.
