Whilst I already love Endota and their products. Last night a gift card I gave as a gift was incorrect when in use. Amanda (I think that was her name - working on the kiosk on the evening of 18th Jan) had everything sorted between different stores and my gift recipient had no issues. A courtesy call back at the end just topped off already great service!

Due to medication I took for acne when I was a teenager I now have a whole host of developed skin conditions such as dryness, sensitivity and irritability. The staff at edonta Doncaster (specifically their skin bar team member, Rachael) were able to help me find the right products that have drastically improved my skin's condition. They have a great range of shaving products that have totally changed my confidence in shaving. I have very heavy beard growth, but my skin is extremely irritable and gets cut while shaving extremely easily. Combine this with having to shave every day for work and the problem just gets worse and worse as my face doesn't have time to heal. Rachael helped with that. She gave me the whole kit and kaboodle of shaving remedies like a soothing shaving gel and post treatment balm. I have a whole lot of other irritations too, like dry lips and hands, and endota has always been able to help with them too. I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff and are really in it to help you with what you need to make your skin what you want it to be.

My experience here was terrible. I called and made a booking for 11:30 when I got there and said I was there for my appointment gave my name they said sorry I don't have you on my system. I said but I just called to get directions here for my 11:30 appointment and someone directed me here and said see you soon and called me by name and now you want to tell me I didn't make a booking and I am not in the system? She then went into asking me what number I called maybe it wasn't the Doncaster branch I gave her the number she said yes that's our number. This is the worst they did not Ben try to fit me in or just give me my pedicure or a gift card nothing I will not be coming back there ever again and I will not recommend any of my friends or family to ever go there so unprofessional
