Had a Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Etsuko. It was amazing. Very relaxing, and felt great afterwards as well. Also had acupuncture with Heidi to treat a shoulder injury which helped significantly. She also used massage and cupping which was great. The clinic and staff are fantastic.

If you want to try hypnotherapy that really works then Alison Burton & Simply Natural Therapies is where it is at. She has help me snap out of some life long sabotaging habits to now experiencing life more fully. Her years of experience allow her to get to the root causes quickly. She also understands that her business is about people so is compassionate & empathetic in her attitude but goes beyond what is expected to ensure you have the break through you need.

Both my granddaughter and myself have had the experience of consulting with Anna Talaj at Simply Natural Therapies and found our visits to be most beneficial. Anna is warm and friendly, puts you at ease and most of all, her help and extensive experience and knowledge helped us both immensely. I had been to Doctors, Dentists and Chiropractors and received very little help, but after just one visit with Anna and taking what she recommended I was getting results. I certainly would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Anna.

Had an incredible massage with Juliet last week. So much more than a massage, as she checked my astrology, we discussed what I wanted to manifest over the next 12 months, then began a beautifully healing massage / channelling. Still feeling great!

This centre is a shining beacon of hope and common sense when it comes to health and well being. I love the huge variety of practitioners and all the classes on offer. The shop is lovely and I often go there for unique gifts for friends. I would highly recommend visiting!
