They charge full price tickets like anyother cinema which would be fine but they haven't updated any facilities ever. The chairs are super uncomfortable and I felt like a strained my neck looking up, when I was basically in the back row.
My daughter and friends 15yr olds bought tickets to a movie, they didnt have ID and they didnt let them through to watch. The staff need to learn to ask ID before buying tickets not after they bought them. They should be allowed entry after buying tickets. Then I asked for refund. A young worker got manager out to do refunds. She refunded one then dissappeared. How rude! There were another 2 to refund and she hid in the gold class section and never came out. I raised my voice and the poor young worker went to find manager to do other refunds and she still never came out. So the young worker tried to get another coworker to do refunds for the 2 remaining 15yr olds. Manager needs to learn how to manage or step down if she cant handle it.
Great cinemas but wish the staff checked at least once on our theatre. We had some extremely noisy teenagers who were ruining things for everyone else. When told to shut up after many whooshing attempts they got quite threatening towards others. Not a great experience.
​We had an absolute blast at Village Cinemas! The Gold Class experience is totally worth it—so comfortable, and the service was top-notch. It was the absolute perfect way to sit back and watch Dhurandhar 2. Highly recommend!
Yesterday I went to Werribee Village Cinema but I didn't have a good experience. The reason for this was that as soon as we entered into cinema 9 there was a really bad smell, the seats were uncomfortable too small not enough space to at least stretch your feet. Compared to hoyts cinemas which they have recliners, more space, more comfortable and updated. They should seriously update their cinema rooms. Hoep this helps other people who are thinking of watching a movie at werribee Village cinemas.
