I recently visited Gold Class at Werribee, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch throughout the evening. I particularly appreciated how the food we ordered was delivered right to our seats – it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they really pay attention to quality. The whole experience was really relaxed and enjoyable, making it a perfect way to watch a movie. Highly recommend it!
Gold class was very disappointing. Never had a bad experience at a village cinema gold class until now.nPositive: seats are great, hot chips were great.nNegative: we weren't offered a drink while waiting, asked for the kids popcorn meals to come in straight away, we ordered this 30 min before start time, 40 min after start time I let them know we were the only ones without popcorn, still nothing, asked again, 5 more minutes, still nothing, actually leave the movie to go and ask and they tell me it's on its way. Chicken sliders were dry and had 3 chicken fingers on each which was weird and cheap, they were cold. Prawn sliders had no sauce, also dry. Our dessert never came in at all, questioned when we left, we're told we could eat it in the foyer as it was now ready. Waited 10 minutes, nothing came. Asked for a refund. Overall the service dampened the experience for us all. And missed part of the movie. Not worth the price.
Woke my kids up early to watch the first movie session for that day. They were looking forward to watch Moana 2 before the school holiday ends. Movie was meant to start at 10:10am. Screen turned on with ads and all but with no sound!!!! Very disappointing. We had to call someone to get it fixed but nevertheless, it still took time to sort the issue. Popcorn and drinks were already finished. Kids being impatient. It was not worth paying for. No apology from any staff nor compensation for the inconvenience ie. free popcorn/drinks, movie voucher.
New Seats are crammed together too closely with no leg room at all. Cinema had more than an half an hour of adverts before the film started…seating lights were left on far to long during the movie….overpriced yet you have to self serve yourself in the food court…… I won’t be back
Literally an annoying experience with the theatre seats are very uncomfortable the movie started after 30 minuted from the time and sound quality was also horrible. Giving this review while sitting in a movie. An extremely unsatisfactory experience, just wasted money and time and spoiled whole mood.
