We went to see Wicked tonight in Gold class. There were a few little hiccups as they were quite busy. We understood and didn’t complain. We had a lovely young man named Blake help with sorting out the issues. He was so very helpful, kind, friendly and eager to help.nBlake is a credit to your team there at Village Werribee.nThank you again Blake for all your help. You are a true gentleman.
9th July 2025 we watch jurassicpark rebirth in gold class. The best option is this one near to toilet and seat servicenThe food given was nice and hot coo to order. The seat nice and recliner plus can be moved back. No many human nearby. Only sad art is that people who buy tickets they want the cinema be like a librarynHad one wringing person told us to SSH but my son still reacted and told the character to watch out and asking me to read words. And best part serve Ur own drink. Love this feature as can make the drink as a like. The sear I hate them as they fold and this happens I cannot get up for a while. It is me been big. I recently visited Gold Class at Werribee, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch throughout the evening. I particularly appreciated how the food we ordered was delivered right to our seats – it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they really pay attention to quality. The whole experience was really relaxed and enjoyable, making it a perfect way to watch a movie. Highly recommend it!
Went for the first time with my family to watch Zootopia 2. It was in Cinema 2 at 6pm. Hands down the most gross, unclean and unhygienic cinemas I have ever been to. There was popcorn over the floor and between the seats. The seats were yucky to sit on, the booster seat was hard plastic and there was slushy juice that had spilled in the cup holders. Clearly the cinema had not been cleaned. I can safely say I will not be returning. It is a disgrace to charge 23$ for that. Could not wait to return home and shower to get rid of the yuckiness that is called Werribee Village Cinema . Time to find another cinemas.
First time back after the renovation, what were they thinking with the seats. I’m 158cm tall and there was no leg room for me a short person,let alone someone taller. Seats uncomfortable too. There’s more foot room on an economy airline seat than what is available. Check in person at front desk was friendly and helpful.
