Nice cinema complex. A little outdated. Staff very nice. Cinema was comfortable. Has a games area and a small good area where you can buy food, drinks and tickets
Clean but a bit expensive. I paid $22 for my ticket, the seats were comfortable and the cinema was clean. Seats are all on one level with a slanted floor. Staff were friendly.
I enjoyed watching Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile in Cinema 2, while I drank Coke & ate popcorn. The room was not also packed with people.
Travelled all the way from Burnie 2 hrs drive. The movie which was supposed to start from 0845 pm was announced to have been cancelled after 45 min. There was another sessions in different language for 0915 pm. Checked with staff if we can book that show if seats available. Did not get the nice approach. I understand they must have bad times answering the same questions to everyone but that particular staff member looked very annoyed and said, we can not booked that ticket even if there are seats available. I can not understand the reason. But definitely wasted 4 hrs with huge disappointment.
No value for people time Wasted the time on Saturday took off from work to see the movie with friends after 45 min told movie doesn’t work in projector you can refund your ticket . No value for people time .
Had a very welcoming experience by both staff members on duty. Restrooms were very clean. Loved the movie we saw .
I like going here it's clean the staff is helpful and booking on line it saves time it nice to relax and watch the movie and its friendly atmosphere but Launceston do need a Gold class but other then that the times me and my boyfriend has been we have hade no problems

The seats themselves were okay, but the height difference between each row could be higher so the view of the person behind wouldnt be blocked so easily. Main complaint is the small screen. Don't recall going to a cinema with a tiny screen like this. Though the cinema was clean in general and the staff were nice
I watched minions rise if gru since it sold one minmilion tickets and the movie was amazing Otto was good when riding the bike and getting the necklace but the minions 2 movie was good but they should sell just the minion cups with your drink but the movie was truly one of the movies of all time but the cinema was good too with good movies it should also show screening of old movies sometimes too like ghostbustwrs of minions 1
