Nice and friendly cinema it was my first time in the cinema as we have just moved to the area. Our movie was avatar in 3D and we had the choice of choosing our own seats which was fantastic .The theatre was clean, the seats were comfy and the sound was great.with 4 theatres and Nice choice in the candy bar. I recommend this theatre complex
Cannot get through on phone to talk with staff member. When asked to leave a message it hangs up and returns to menu again and again. One star as this is already giving me a negative feeling for customer service.
Good experience, staff were nice all the time, pictures and sound quality is good too. The seats are quite comfy. Toilets are clean, I figured may be they started paying attention to the negative reviews and criticized ! I find the prices reasonable and not very expensive.
Cost over $60 for tickets for my husband and 3 kids. The website said a family pass is $48 but told they don't do that. Also wouldn't accept a companion card or concession. Costs on website are obviously incorrect. The toilets also had no soap in either of the soap dispensers which is pretty disgusting, considering...
Amazing! Every room is big and can fit heaps of people. Picture qulitly and the speackers are great. Do recemend
Great day watching lion king with our dance family
Terrible staff, line up is way to long. Makes no sense to only have one person serving ticket's. Mind you the staff member that was serving was talking about unrelated movie stuff talking about her personal life with people she had finished serving and they were just talking. Pretty unprofessional. Not to mention how disgusting it is having to wipe pooh off the toilet's in the disabled toilets for my sister so she can use them. They are always dirty the toilet's. Half of the games for kids don't even work properly and just take your money. There is a variety lacking in hot food only having smelly dimsims and hot dog's.
Great place and reasonable pricing. Only issues has been the last couple of time I have been is that the toliets where needing some attachiin from obviously high school holidays use. When mentioned to a staff member who was unloading a pallet of supplies they apologised and dad it would be seen to
It was great to watch a movie with more than a couple of people. Metro Cinema is always good value
The Father, a great movie with Anthony Hopkins.Such a shame only 4 watching. Staff very friendly but more care to be taken over cleaning. They have changed the brand of choc tops. For the better I may add! I had salted caramel with peanut butter. Delicious!!
