The cinema foyer is open and clean. Lots of space with limited seating. The cinemas are good though a steep set of stairs for the upper levels. It is not deafening like some other cinema and it's a good temperature to sit in, especially if it's a long movie. There is a small elevator for wheelchair and oldies like us!
Great Cinema, very clean and tidy yet, a little arcade is a nice part of it if you are waiting for a movie for awhile, but Reading cinemas devonport has a very limited range of movies, which are mainly the popular and new ones. But every time I’ve been here I’ve had a great experience
Kids love it. They said screen was massive and the chairs were the most comfortable cinema seats they have sat in with high backs.
It’s okay. really confused why it doesn’t show certain horror movies, when asked I wasn’t really given an answer. Could really do with renovations and maybe recliner chairs. I’m finding myself going to Metro cinemas Burnie because they actually show horror movies and their seats are much more comfortable.
We went this morning and unfortunately they had a power outage so it was a little crazy but the two gentlemen handled everything like a pro! We were very impressed! Well done guys, you did amazing Cinemas were clean and comfy. Will be back next time we are down this way.
The movie theatres are great. Comfy seats, good kiosk, clean toilets. There is one thing that soured my experience & that is the lift. My friend is recovering from an accident & needed to use the lift. All I can say is the carpet in the lift is reminiscent of an 80's nightclub. Sooo sticky, needs either be replaced or a deep clean
Great weekend with the kids. We all watched Back to the Future trilogy for the first time on the big screen
One of the best things about Readings cinemas is the price when compared to the bigger name cinemas. The screen was large and the space was nice and warm on a cold rainy day. However the bathrooms are dated and poorly maintained. One of the gents toilets didn't flush so was full of .. Empty soap dispensers and old style hand dryers.
Always a bit pricey when taking a family, however it's a decent venue. It is in a good location to grabs dinner or lunch at local food supplier before or after a movie
Quite like the booking system, cinema experience good as it always has been
