I want to commend and thank the staff at Village Cinemas Hobart for their compassion and customer service. I attended a viewing of the Pink Floyd concert recently, but I had to leave the theatre in the first couple of minutes of the film because another patron was behaving aggressively, causing me to have a panic attack. The staff were incredibly caring and took the situation seriously.
I enjoy Gold Class, but I will never ever park in the adjacent car park again. $10 an hour is just outrageous! I do not know how the operator is able to justify such an exorbitant fee, which amounts to $25.00 a movie!
It's warmer outside than in this cinema, bring your ski jackets and gloves. It was freezing, I would be more happy at home in the warmth and comfort of my own house than watching a movie at Hobart village cinemas. Popcorn extra salty, the good part was the vpremium gives you plenty of room for drinks and snacks.
Ordered 2 drinks and a popcorn, at start of Minecraft movie in gold class, was delivered to wrong seats, 40 minutes later. Only prompted person did they realise. Probably wont gold class any time soon again. Only about 8 other people total in cinema, so a poor effort this time unfortunately.
Not been to the movies for years and why oh why do you guys make it so cold, also what's with the 20 minutes of ads. No wonder there was only 3 of us watching the movie. Won't be going back anytime soon.
