We went to Gold Class and asked for a glass of Pinot for each of us pre viewing and straight up the bar person said - “ just so you know I will not serve you any more alcohol as you’ve ordered a bottle of wine during the movie”. My husband said “I’ve no intention of ordering any more wine”. So rude - we were completely sober adults and I can’t quite believe he said this - really disappointing!
I love the way the candy man Tim delivered my popcorn to me, a highly delightful experience, the staff these days treat the customers right unlike previous years. Tim and his manager Simon were so engaged, and impressed me on how the experience was delivered and i will be back! Again and Again movies are life
Gold Class has really gone downhill since I last went. There was only one person working, running around trying to get everything done, I have a lot of sympathy for them. Our food came out long before our drinks did so by the time I got it my food was cold. It was also the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We never got our second round of drinks we ordered. It used to feel like a luxurious experience but now they’ve gone down the route of under staffing to maximise profits at the expense of our enjoyment. Will be going to the State Cinema from now on.
5 stars, I was in Gold class and LOVED IT, everything worked great like the reclining chairs and the service, one thing that I didn't injoy so much was the cinema room was a little dirty but at the same time what do you expect
Gold class disappointment.nnMy husband and i decided to visit this evening on a rare occasion without children.nService was subpar, staff looked shabby.nOur meals didn’t arrive,nOur drinks had the tide out and when prompted for food, the staff wouldn’t give an answer.nSo disappointed.
