My therapist was very detailed, made me feel very comfortable and not self conscious in the least. She is setting the standard for the clinic she manages and it’s easy to see why she’s been managing it for so long. I loved my visit and felt very lucky to be treated by someone who takes such pride in their work

I've seen Tracey at Endeavour Hills now, a number of times. She's always professional, friendly and helpful. On one occasion I was pleasantly surprised to received a text from her, inquiring how my broken vein treatment was coming along.  I find the premises in general to be well maintained and all the staff are professional and friendly. I'm never kept waiting, with all appointments perfectly attended on time.  I would certainly recommend VC Dermal to anyone, should the issue arise, and have already done so once or twice.

Been going for a couple of years now and staff are always friendly on entry and make sure you are being attended to and not waiting too long. Victoria has been doing my treatments for a while now and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the process and always creates a friendly environment. As well as answering any questions I have. Never disappointed when I go and definitely would recommend the clinic to others.

Girls were lovely, professional and knowledgeable. Able to answer all questions and provided a great service. The clinic was clean, ambiance was calm and you are at ease and able to relax during the treatment. Machines are medical grade and well maintained. Prices are very competitive. Results of my laser hair removal, tatoo removal and scar removal were fantastic .

Had a treatment with Tracey from Endeavour Hills clinic, she was amazing and I have happily re booked with her. She was very welcoming, wanted to know about my skin routine,  all my treatment history, and her knowledge is incredible. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into VC Dermal Clinic endeavor hills I received the upmost customer service. The friendly reception staff talked me through the process as it was my first time and I had the lovely Helena as my specialist.  She made me feel comfortable and at ease, the thought of medical grade laser hair can be quite daunting but she was so professional and reassuring . I've already booked my second session and can't wait to try their other services!

I’ve been having laser hair removal at VC Dermal Clinics in Endeavour Hills for 8 years and I cannot fault the service and results. It's been almost 2 years now getting treated for tattoo removal. My therapist, Tracey and Maria are just too good at their job. Firstly, they both are very polite and very friendly. My first ever LHR treatment today at the Endeavour Hills clinic, I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was.  Miriam did a fantastic job in making me feel relaxed and comfortable and distracting me with conversation when I started feeling a little tense with the sensation of the laser.  She was also very clear in explaining the treatment to me and going over all the info I should take into consideration.  I am glad I went in and happy too that I did so during their birthday month specials!  I'd recommend VC Endeavour Hills to other clients for sure, I've had a pleasant experience all up.
