My first visit to Beauty Science was to have years of sun damage, dark spots, and extremely dry skin repaired. I took a chance on Beauty Science after being impressed with its service offerings. After ten years of monthly visits, I've never looked back, my skin is better now than it was in my 30s. I am now 55 years old and I am frequently complimented on the quality of my skin thanks to Lillian and her staff. Lillian has looked after me and guided me throughout my journey in restoring my skin thanks to her years of experience, vast knowledge and love of the industry. She is professional and genuinely cares about you. I've tried almost everything on the menu! Great team in place, lovely salon, and all the advanced skin and beauty treatments available. I just wanted to compliment Madeline and the team at Beauty Science Chadstone for being so professional and lovely. I quite often have to switch my appointments around last minute due to my work, and the team are always so lovely and flexible to ensure that I can have my treatments done. I love getting my monthly facial done at Beauty Science! Not only do I come out feeling a million bucks, but the whole process is so much fun, professional, and yet also extremely relaxing! The luxury starts when you get tucked into a warm therapy bed and the music is changed to suit your vibe. The advice given during the treatment is extremely helpful and the amount my skin has improved has changed my life. I am not wearing foundation any more and am finally comfortable in my own skin. I really hope it can open up again soon!!

Walked in to buy a product at the same time the beautician was walking to the register to answer a phone call. She answered the call it quickly became apparent it was a personal call and then proceeded to blatantly ignore me and continue her personal conversation while I stood in front of her waiting for 3-4 minutes. It's not often you see staff of any business behave this way and if this was one of my employees I'd be absolutely furious.

Lillian & Madeline are extremely friendly and knowledgeable whilst providing timely, professional service.  Beauty Science is my one stop shop. Earlier this year I started Venus Viva skin rejuvenation and I am very happy with the results. My skin is tighter and my pores have reduced in size leaving me feeling the clock has turned back time.  I've switched from normal waxing to sugaring which is a natural product to remove unwanted hair. Do yourself a favour and read about it on their website as it certainly delivers on its promise.  Lastly, I've had spray tans for many years and recently switched to the Tuscan Tan booth they have located at the Chadstone store. It is quick, easy but most importantly it is even and a great colour which fades naturally and you don't even need to make an appointment. I'll never go back to airbrushed spray tans again.

I have been seeing Lillian for Botox and Fillers for the  last 2 years.  When I first moved to Melbourne I could not find a talented injector that understood my want/need for a natural look to enhance my face and ease my aging concerns.  Lillian's treatments has left my face looking more younger and I am constantly get a lot of shock and surprise when people find out my real age.  Beauty Science at Chadstone is spotless, and uses products of the highest quality.  I am so grateful I finally found Melbournes best injector!!

I have been here to get my eyebrows, tinting and waxing done. I have recently tried sugaring which I loved and have just completed my first round of laser hair removal also.
