Jenny did my lip filler today and did such an amazing job. She was so helpful and patient when I was deciding on what I wanted. She did what she thought would suit me and I couldn’t be happier! Amber also was so kind and helpful throughout the process. Both girls should be recognised for their kindness and ability to make any client feel comfortable. I just done a Brazilian and under arm today that I can see 0% change ! Nothing! I am really regretting why before going there I have not read these reviews! I am really disappointed with them! She hasn’t done anything because she said that I haven’t shaved properly , firstly it was shaved enough and their machine isn’t working, secondly before going there they had to explain properly how to shave and how should it  no proper communication , and thirdly if she hasn’t done anything why did she charge me for $49? I felt I pay my money for nothing and it’s been wasted ! Just wanna cancel my second appointment and wouldn’t go there at all!!

I’ve been going to FG laser’s clinic for a few years now took an unprecedented break for a year and a half in between and I have to say I am immensely glad I was treated by Amber when I returned. Not only does she not miss a spot, she’s meticulous with her work to the point of actually listening to what I was saying about my hair growth so she could adjust the settings accordingly. Not happy with my laser session at all. The setting was too low and it was done very quickly. Definitely some areas missed on my leg. They don't understand how badly we want to get rid of the hair and how hard it is to pay for the  expensive cost of laser. We want to get results but instead we waste our money. I do not recommend this laser clinic at fountian gate for laser

I was so pleased with my experience in store buying skin care, Rachel the skin expert went above and beyond to help me decide on what products would be best suited for my skin care. Highly recommend. Thank you Rachel and I will be definitely returning

All of my appointments were with different people and I feel like they all had seperate training because two of the girls were really thorough and made you feel welcome whereas all the other girls I had were so quick, it was like they were just trying to get you out of there. My last appointment was really uncomfortable because I had to postpone it a couple times as my partner was in hospital and they reintroduced the cancellation fee which I was informed they take the whole prepayment which seems a bit ridiculous. After the session I went to make another appointment and they lady at the front desk humiliated me in front of other team members and clients by asking if I was actually going to come to my next appointment. I froze and just didn’t want to go back. To make things worse I messaged Australian laser clinics directly to get my money back as I have prepaid for 3 sessions and they keep saying they keep saying they’ll send it to the team but I haven’t heard anything’s and it’s been over a month.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal
